No the reason why we had to do a new prospectus was because Michael bailed if he stayed in SAS would of had the funding.

The funding was there SAS had it,
it’s because Michael resigned and did not put his $400,000 in is the reason why SAS had to give money back to anyone that wanted it back for trench 2.

Yes Meir is to blame for changing plans that’s what pissed Michael off so he took off that is what I believe.
What’s should be illegal is Michel spoke on behalf of SAS at the AGM then after the AGM he resigned that day.
As Meir said he Michael left suddenly and now has put us in this position to do new prospectus and now we are short of funding.
