Be nice if we got a quarterly. The company is still continuing operations, is still owned by the shareholders who have been treated like dirt for a very long time. It can't be mining unprofitably otherwise the administrators would have ceased operations, and if it is mining profitably, then it should have been doing so long before it dug such a deep hole for itself. If it was insolvent in June last year, and continued trading at a loss, the Directors clearly were negligent, and suing them should be an issue reported on if not actioned.
