The last paragraph I wrote is still correct imo.

I believe the Pioneer Status application is all good but suspended untilthe company can confidently commit to this ‘production date’ and remain withinthe 2 year period.
There is no rush for them to do that and after finance close and completion ofphase 1 construction they’ll be in a much better position to estimate theproduction date for the application to proceed.

Assuming we complete the plant, produce 4N HPA and the tax incentive is still on offer, then I have no doubt we will obtain the 'Pioneer Certificate'.
