Imho COE has been more prudent than to try aquiring expensive resources via takeover. Except of course they did take over Rion, but that was a small private company.

COE has aquired a look of apparently interesting exploration acreage, which it's sp currently shows no recognition for. They have focussed on two countries, they have stuck to onshore/shallow shelf, and they have largely gone where there is existing discoveries.

I think COE has aquired sufficient potential that a takeover is totally unnecessary.

Remember we only need one of the many Tunisia or Seruway prospects to come good and we have a serious multi-bagger, and one which would then have multiple nearby followup. Besides I am almost certain nthat with current poo there is already economic discovered resource in Hammamet.
