the directors failure to disclose has cost people millions - I don't see how this is any different from Centro or Sons of Gwalia. The precedent has been set and if the case goes on they should have a good chance of success. in the case of AFG, where the directors ripped hundred of millions out before the collapse, it would be well worth going after them personally - but of course chances would be low as most of it is probably hidden by now...
