Regardless of your view and holding in FAR you have to admit there is more to this PE claim than meets the eye, it appears to be a show stopper as previously stated by me some months ago and its down to the operator to sort out and progress thats what theya re paid for.
As the holder of shares in a a minority partner in the JV who's equity position is not going anywhere just sit back and wait and push on other value updates.
