It is unlikely that toxicology with throw up anything nasty given i-bodies are proteins, but strange things have happened in the past.
The bigger issue is how immunogenic the i-bodies turn out to be in humans. Derek Lowe had an interesting post on nanobodies recently and why they never really panned out [1].
