Hey PJ77, just had the same experience with the unit my son was renting. Got in at 320pw when renting, then 6 months later 360, the owner onsold and then the agent upped it to 400, my son got out and now its stood vacant for 6 weeks.
We found a private rental and all is sweet but that dishones sales approach is endemic to a lot of industries. There are a lot of honest operators but if you are like my son you are in a weak position and that is why , in the longrun its better to own your own as you release the stranglehold of these people.
