Absolutely right. Although Australian laws are a tad more difficult than american ones when it comes to financing the class action. In the US, the lawyers are happy to front run any expenses because they know they will get the biggest part of the pie. But i understand that can‘t be done in AUS. But there are ways around this limitation and basically it would make sense to start any litigation while there is still meat to the bones.

in case of TNG there is cash, the patents have some tangible value and the properties aren’t worthless either. Enough to recover some capital losses.

And we need to be just seven disgruntled LTHs with the same background deals for a class action to start.
