According to GPX, the BFS and resolution of Tanzanian issues will unlock funding.
As I've said before, a BFS generally requires certainty to within 15%... If Gov of Tanzania can't clarify the 16% free carry soon, i'm not sure how they'll achieve a BFS by this timeline. Fingers crossed for all though.
