woddonne, KB = kelly bushing.

The KB is basically an adapter that connects to the rotary table, and, the kelly turns the entire drillstring. Hence when measurements are given its usually the depth below KB as the kelly sits at the top of the drillstring.

Im actually very surprised they have managed to drill to to 975m within 50 hours. The top horizons are obviously not what i'd expected!

Pending no complications they would reach the top "c" horizon in a matter of hours and, the top poolowanna tomorrow. It will however dense up from here and take longer.
