Most projects that are years away from production don't have a company that turns over $1bn USD yearly revenue, slap a $90m AUD valuation on 40% of their project.
G1A currently sit at a market cap of $89.5m AUD, yet using Toho's valuation it should sit at $135m. I would be surprised if it dropped too much more - sub 40c is a bargain. Toho's purchase has likely stopped that major dip that often happens with spec mining stocks.
