I could be wrong but it all feels to me like ROC not participating is Eric’s preferred option as otherwise why even mention it, but he keeps repeating it and why put in a preso that the problem is field development? Why put any problem in a preso? Seems he wants them to pay 8x drilling costs to fund field development. Just the way it looks to me. I wonder if he will put the matter to rest in the QR?
