Well done Reddeer! "The elephant in the room is finance." Let's be absolutely realistic, no one, or company is going to commit a bucket-load of money into a project that does not have all boxes ticked. I am confident that there are investors out there who have said 'Let us know when you are good to go!" But until then, for them,due diligence is the key...and so it should be!
