If its correct this article saying Petrobras will be out of transport and distribution, we should analyze how that could affect local prices.
Usually state companies keep prices low (and for that reason make losses and people desire to sell).
As soon private the prices goes up and maybe will cause some changes in current structure of COSTING OF BAUNA OIL.
