Ron selling would destroy the SP and any future value from the company. look at the volume. shares traded over last 2 years probably don't even equal what is coming out of escrow. so what do you think will happen? he will sell a heap at once and drive down the SP? he can't get rid of them all and this will hurt the company. i have no idea why this is been highlighted like a major issue
