Admittedly, a company which has to fight a class action is always distracted and needs to commit and divert funds and resources away from the core business.
The majority of holders is afraid of such a move, agreed. But there are many cases were class actions settled in favour of shareholders. This of course works only when there is still loot to be spread, if a company is already belly up this doesn’t make any sense anymore.

As for our case: there are a lot of holders 10 years and longer which feel that time is running out. It just needs seven really disgruntled LTHs to start something like this. The magnificent seven.

I was very proactive today and purchased my full entitlement in the 20 - 1. There is always going to be delays with projects as big as this.. delays are better than road blocks. The company is in the best position yet and your trying to stir the pot about something that would most likely end badly for all.
