IT is the official Mines Dept site, but there is no official decision published about the 12th July injunction hearing. Not that article is dated 11th July. On the menu to the right it is dated 13th July, so I dont think they know what they are doing. Oingo boingo countries.....

You'd think OGC would publish the info pronto once a positive decision came out of the hearing, so you'd have to assume at present there is still an embargo on Didipio.

As for the renewed Mining licence, nothing forthcoming there either. So nothing has officially changed at the moment. Canada is the loony centre of the planet, I wouldnt pay too much attention to what they do or think.
