Just had another look here. They're a foreign company registered on the ASX but their principal place of business is Israel. Israeli domiciled companies listed on the ASX don't have a great history or reputation. Not quite as bad as Chinese domiciled companies, but close enough.

SBW seem like a legitimate business but that is quite an investor sentiment headwind they have to contend with. Proceed with caution.
