I am interested to hear what others are thinking around Moy’s recent restrained s/price action, given the significant upside to the stock of a successful plant upgrade.
The questions I have been asking myself are:
1) Is the development of Bartons and the sulphate plant ramp-up going well, but the s/price subdued because of the looming poor June cash flow report?
2) Or are there issues with Bartons and the plant, but the high gold price is propping up the s/price at its current levels?
3) Or is it just too early to gauge whether the project will be successful and the s/price will move dramatically when this information finally becomes available.
My opinion is that is probably more likely point 1, but am Interested to hear others insight.
