Hey Pat,
I would say that was best case scenario they were hoping for as commercialisation would be close or on this timeline also. They have a stock pile and from memory a pending (if UNI choose) agreement of around 85m units over 3yrs as i understand it. Good old FDA, at least they are consistent in taking their time!!!
