Looks like Optimal is planning to sell its 100% owned Australian Uranium assets for $250K and 27.5M shares in MEY.
MEY is currently at 11.5c with 73M shares outstanding. Add another 27.5M to that which will be distributed out to OPM holders.

I assume OPM still has the DRC Cobalt tenements. Hopefully we get an update on that soon also.
