it's not fundamental until you start realising value for the shareholder. sales and bottom line management (earnings)
fundamental - yes, they have fda clearance.
fundamental - yes, they have a weak balance sheet, including almost no equity and low cash.
fundamental - just because they have FDA clearance doesn't mean they've proven their product to the market. sales and customer satisfaction will be the test
just manage your expectations and remain fact based. if this was fundamental, you would be over 16m market cap.
FDA is absolutely a step in the right direction. but people will speculate on this and trade it until the fundamentals are there.
