This is a great start but I wouldn't be surprised to see this in a trading halt for a bit longer.
CYP have effectively said to the ASX "yes, there is material news that if known to the market would have justified the SP behaviour".
ASX will want to know who the buyers were now as it was either this new potential suitor or insider trading...
