    Hello, I believe the recent comments by the federal labor government re chinese investment is a major plus for MMX to win the infrastructure rights...

    Perhaps MMX feel they are in a stronger position now than what they were before and it would be useless to continue on with this merger given the stalemate at hand.

    Politically, MMX have the upper hand.
