Posting my thoughts on CIW which no one will ever read.

I'm a long-term investor. I invested when they will still called Loftus Capital Partners. I have also been a long-term investor in the Clime Australian Value Fund (CAVF).

I hope (sooner or later) they get it right. They don't seem to have captured much respect or support in their equity mgt field. I always thought they may be a takeover target. Alas no angel has arrived and the SP has trended down over time.

My other beef is with the CAVF. A long time under performer which finally has a good year (up 19% past 12 mths) and they pay a piddly distribution of 1%. Are they just inviting investors to withdraw $$$ and look elsewhere (eg. Magellan Global Fund).

One positive seems to have been Adrian Ezquerro. His stock selection skills are making his predecessors look rather 2nd rate.

Just my rant. I'm sure JA will be able to place a positive spin on their performance.
