regarding building a mine and funding, it is probably early days for ARL.
This is always the dilemma when picking bottom reversals:
as you put a decent paper gain can either be protected or if that gain slides then make sure the experience is never a paper loss in capital when exit. Simple logic but difficult follow through plan of action because we investors never like to see that we are wrong hindsight because regret is much easier to stomach!
