Hi Ralom,
I think they can, up to 20%.
If they buy more than 20%, then I think they have to make an new offer.
Each time they buy over 1% or 5% of shares at one time, they need to put a change of substantial Holder notice on the market.
Can some one please correct me if I am wrong.
