if the report comes out early it should be good news as the partisipation rate must of increased and would be best to leave the rest of the particioation for this month to be shown on next month and if it comes out towards the end of the month then they want to show a high participation to push the SP over 80c which the CR was at and that would make the ones that bought in at 80c, just my thoughts as i wish i was inside.
