    As i see it it will be one company, Altech
    , with different top 10 investors outlook.
    Dillution is the big fear for share holders. The price for issuing the needed shares is most important
    As we are now ,without this arrangement, 8 cents is probable thus giving us 1.25 bln extra shares.
    We still need the mezz. sorted out.
