Having re read the announcements i cant help but believe they misrepresented the facts.

I really only see two possiblities. The vagueness was either intentionally deceptive or the author didnt have a clue what they were writing about. Neither in my mind are good possibilities.

Anyway it is in the past now. The share price is back to where it was prior. So its not like there is the risk that the market has falsely placed value on the nhs supply aggreement.

If the recategorisation does eventuate there is upside to come.
