    People need to chill out a bit.
    IF there is a capital raise to all investors, it will most likely be what - 10% discount to the 5 day VWAP immediately ending Friday?
    so probably looking at $1.05-1.15 placement.

    And thats if the sophisticated investors havent gobbled everything up.

    SP won’t collapse.
