... get the shareholders onside immediately , bid 100 % or more above the market SP .... attempt a rapid bushwhack .... do the deal quickly ... don't give Fuji and others time enough to mount a counter offensive ...

$ 200 million ... $ 400 mill .... its chump change to corporations worth tens of billions ... particularly in such a low interest rate environment ....

.. whereas Cynata , if the technology works out as hoped , could be worth billions to them annually ...
