    Why of course @epiphyte on the surface that's what layman will see - if you want to know why you need to dig alittle deeper to know when PLS has dropped off significantly.

    But I don;t expect you are able to understand the mechanics of why coming from a layman - surface looking type.

    Furthermore - fully built mine isn't that much more valueable than an increasing resource deposit that LTR finds itself it at the moment with KV and Buldania.

    A fully built mind means a great deal of debt and whole lot of money spent on capex.(for depreciation now) And you can value PLS either on production and revenue targets on P/E ratios and its both doing poorly at this point in time.
