In Perth suburbs such as Peppermint Grove, Nedlands, Dalkeith, Cottesloe, Claremont would fit the same profile as Toorak. Hugely expensive , but then is a lot more stuff along the coast and the river. Even second tier stuff, where I have my portfolio is not cheap. Still between 800-a mill. That stuff is just not going down at all!
