unofficially, anz wont dump to market, and a consortium of instos are looking to take the stake up in BUL.

Today is just the panic of people who dont understand this.

IMO, What we we eventually get,is some announcement saying something like XYZ has agreed to take xxx,xxxxxxx shares for xx.

And it will over and done with, and these massive pull back, all will ask why they didn't top up.
