It was foreseeable that this was coming. The company has never been adequately capitalized as building a new business never happens as quickly as anyone expects. Just ask Jeff Bazos hey.
Not to say say they won’t get there in the end as I really like this business and it’s disruptive business model but they need more capital and hopefully they have a great deal set up that isn’t too dilutive to existing holders who just keep getting watered down.
