    I think a consolidation is needed to take another step toward completing the 'penny stock'/speculative transition. 3 or maybe 4:1 consolidation would have us on the way. Then it'd be a case of market deciding fair value once all the other guff is out of the way. That'd have us pushing $1 and beyond...
