i hold the optimistic view. New faces must mean incentive to come aboard, no-one intentionally jumps on a sinking ship. Out going director, leaving with most likely a large balance of shares, that he will be free to sell without the binding restrictions of a directorship.
I'm thinking good short term news is looming.
All purely random thoughts with no facts to base this on!
