not much reaction today from the two clever acquisitions of contract/software. I expect shares to bounce up this week as the "penny drops" so to speak. similar to the late reaction to the Smartgroup contract news.
in summary, EML not only secured crucial IP today but also acquired $1.8 million of additional profits for only $3.5 million !! super cheap and highly accretive multiple !!
ultimately this brings the Gross Margins in the salary packaging segment to group levels, and generally should help bridge the gap to management long term target of 80% gross margins.
Market fell asleep today on significant news !!
