I agree with Level 9 "Given this type of analysis or point of view, IMO I believe PAB already has an interested party and they are manipulating the SP to keep it down". "They" already have a large holding and continue to sell them down. Quite simple. Lower SP = supply higher than demand, "they" have the supply to neutralize demand.
