Sorry when you put it in those terms it makes a lot more sense. I fully agree that directors it appears knew what was going on when they sold out and it feels like the setting of 20 million dollar sales target or whatever it was for performance shares was calculated to deceive. Either they were deliberately trying to make it seem massive revenue was coming or they hopelessly underestimated the deal they had just sugned. Either way they profited and now a massive number of shareholders are under water because of what appears to be misleading data.. Sorry if i offended i think i had just read a thread of lionheart posts and was sick of the "we are all doomed" stuff. Accidentally put your post in same basket.
