I think there is enough evidnce on the table to say the license will be approved. have felt this since 18 months ago. It is a shame that C&L has to be moved but with that the problams are finnite and not growing which makes them easy to asess. the new wild card is China and REO prices. Will they return to NdPr being in the 250 RMB range or stay where they are. 50 RMB is AUD. 10.50. If pure ND and PR track that price. that is a $75M in revnue and most of this falls right to bottom line, or AUD 0.114 a share At a PE of 25 that is a $2.50 change in price.
