Morningstar are constantly criticised for their ratings. I don't think any direct human thought goes into them. Pretty sure its purely an automated assessment and as a result is virtually never useful. I don't take the slightest notice of Morningstar. I'm not really sure why they even publish it. I'm sure no experienced investors would ever use their data.
