definition of insovency is the inability to pay your debts as and when they fall due, it has nothing to do about share price. At present that market is saying bnb shares are worth less than the net asset backing, bnb is not the only one.......not only do they state they have all the facilities in place to trade and continue its core activites, it is expected to make 750M in08,there is no legal requirment to repay facilties in full....it was just a bad day on the market.
