Agree with @Born2run here - complete and utter fluff.

Find me a company that doesn't talk up having greater confidence in generating targets after it's conducted this sort of campaign, and I'll see it when I believe it.

By its own forecasts the company was meant to be down to about $900k in cash as of 3 weeks ago (that is, end of Q2). Unless they've made efforts to improve cost control, and with permits for drilling and sourcing the rig still pending - meaning presumably some weeks away at best - tell me how much money they're going to have to drill out their targets with any degree of conviction that the inevitable CR is kept at bay until any meaningful results might come back?
