Agree. That's a hell of a lot of shares that the underwriter had to take up. I'm not clear on how the underwriter passes them along to sophisticated investors? I presume this happens at the offer price of 3.6 cents (otherwise they'd be compelled to report it?)
My calculations were that the total shares taken up were below the directors total entitlements. When you look at the pitiful volumes traded in the last 3 months, it would be scary to be a retail holder in my opinion.
Another thing - I went back over their recent presentation and noted the (obvious) key renter demographic are Millenials. Have you seen how bad the RNT social media presence is? There appears to be no video content whatsoever. 677 followers on Twitter and no content for the last 10 days. Content on Facebook is boring and gets only 1 or 2 likes. The marketing campaigns paid for by previous capital raises were near impossible to find. Just missing the mark on so many levels.
