Has anyone any ideas how we could retain our stakes in BOT and somehow proceed with a US partner onto a NASDAQ listing for the purposes of phase 3's?
There is no doubt management have looked at Abbvie's HUMIRA with all of its indications and thought the same here to maximise future value. But if we get swallowed in one go, all of this is semantics anyway. Just sayin'.
