Yes i was one of those people probably saying 2 years ago that it wasn't going to happen, and i got out.
But i'm back in. I like the idea of getting into commercial property. We've already got all the systems in place so that is a natural progression. I like that we have rentpay. If they can integrate that into their app and make it easy to sign up, this should allow more seemless approval of renters to be done. No doubt this would be a big tick in the box for agents and investors who want to bipass the agents.
The major blocks that i wanted into 2 years ago are now there.
If things go well, we could be breaking even in 12 months.
