UPDATE

Good afternoon,

POINTS OF CLARIFICATION

* The AGMPL tax case will have no bearing on the relisting.
* The Wind Up Notice is the standard-issue notice by the ATO before cases are presented at court.
* My short note, the other night, was to respectfully caution people about DYOR when investigating stock investments, as my name was mentioned. It had no relevance to my sentiment of Cann Global stock nor did it mention Cann Global, in particular, as I clearly noted in my response.

As a representative of the company, I cannot show sentiment. Comments are provided in context.

REMOVAL OF POST
I requested that the post be removed as it was simply placed as a quick response to the poster and members at that particular time of night. HC does not have an internal 'member to member' messaging system. I have done this before.
